Founded by Luke Finlay in 2011, Insight Building Services was born from a desire to do things differently - with more care, more clarity and more accountability.

What began as a small team in the Hunter has grown into a multidisciplinary practice of designers, project managers and construction specialists, united by a simple belief: when you truly understand how people work, you can create workplaces that perform better.

For Insight, intelligent workplaces are not just about structure, systems and efficiency - they’re also about people. Understanding culture, behaviours and human needs is as critical as technical precision.
